The condominiums at Gulfgate are truly right on the beach with plenty of space to set up a beach tents, beach chairs, and you can even rent beach chairs from the Gulfgate beach chair vendor on the beach. You will LOVE the easy access to the beach…Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps to the sand.

Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! The Pet fee is $150 per dog. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a scenic 15 min drive from Gulfgate!

About the Condo:
Gulfgate 403, recently renovated in 2026, offers a stunning waterfront view from the primary bedroom and living area! Decorated with coastal charm, the living area has a NEW Samsung HDTV, a new massaging recliner, sleeper sofa, and love of comfortable seating for you and your family. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The two full size bathrooms both have a tub/shower combo.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need to cook and eat meals in the condo. If there is something missing, just let the office know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The dining area has seating for 6 plus 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the condo, for guest convenience.

The best feature is the Gulf front balcony offering you a spectacular view of the beach and Gulf. It is the perfect spot to see dolphins jumping in the water or relax with a book or a glass of wine after a day at the beach!

Guests staying at Gulfgate have numerous amenities : FREE high speed Internet/WiFi, FREE Parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and a NEW charcoal grilling area coming in Spring 2026!

Perfect little spot

Lovely clean home perfect view of the water love getting to walk out from my condo to right on the beach with my pup in tow. The place was exactly as described and was what my little family needed

Enjoyed my stay. Nice condo for the money. Clean!!! Could use a few updates on some walls and flooring, but that didn't stop my relaxing vaca. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. Its getting rusted from the sea air. The view, pool, and beach were the best!. Loved it so much. I would stay there again for sure!!! I brought my golden retriever with me. Its very dog friendly - just follow the rules and be courteous.

What a great view of the beach! I had one minor problem with the refrigerator, but maintenance came immediately and had the problem resolved in less than 10 minutes after which there were no problems. The unit is pet friendly, so I was able to bring my standard poodle. I would stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was wonderful. The condo was shabby, wallpaper peeling in two rooms, food spatters around the kitchen garbage can, very dusty. Patio furniture rusty and in bad condition. One of the toilets was constantly running so we had someone come up to fix that. Mold in the tub. I don’t know why we had to pay a cleaning fee.. I would not recommend anyone renting this condo. This is our 4 th year at Gulf Gate but our first time in 403.
