Clean room, ocean view is amazing and walk down to beach. Only watchout is toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods provided are only 1, so bring your own or you can buy some at Walmart nearby.

The condo was beautiful. Very conveniently located right next to Runaway Island and across the street from amazing pizza, breakfast, home made ice cream, and souvenir shops. Loved having a starbucks in the condo. The host were super easy to communicate with. The bath was amazing!! Bed was so comfy with awesome comforters and throw blankets. We also loved the chair and ottoman next to the window in the bedroom. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We would stay here again!

Condo was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 teens. We had everything we’d need for a 5 day stay! Location is walkable to many good restaurants and activities. The walk to Pier Park is about a mile and totally doable for our family. Having access to the beach chairs and umbrellas was a nice thing to have. The pool and pool bar was fun. Elevators weren’t any issue. You may have to wait a few minutes but it always showed up! Communication with the management was easy and informative. This was our best family vacation yet and having a nice place to stay was part of that!

Nice, updated decor. Great amenities for teens on rainy days! Elevators are fast and plenty of carts to load in and out easily accessible!! Walking to our favorite homemade ice cream across the street is very convenient and teens walked to go carts and mini golf !

Beautiful escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well decorated. The rooms were nice and clean. The view was amazing. We could sit outside and see the wildlife swimming in the water. The porch was a nice size. We were a short elevator ride away from stepping onto the beach. Emerald beach resort property was nice too. With a starbicks downstairs, a gift shop and places to grab mixed drinks and food. Would stay here again.

Great Place, horrible traffic!

If you are homebodies and just want to stay at the resort this is a great place. Room had everything you would want and more. The chairs at the beach were a great bonus. The downside had nothing to do with the resort or the room, it’s the traffic. We went deep sea fishing one day and finished around 3pm and it took us 1 1/2 hours to get back to our room (12 miles away)because of the traffic. It is bad every night starting around 5pm. You can sit at the Sky Bar and watch the crazy traffic every night. We loved the place and had a great time.

We stayed in this condo that was advertised for 8. We had 3 and it would have been pretty small for 8. It was beautifully decorated and had almost all the essentials. Missing was an oven mit that would have been helpful. Ice machine made about 6 ice cubes every 3 hours, so we had to buy a big bag of ice which was fine. The view from the 24th floor was beautiful but the wait for the elevators was the counter to this. We waited 26 mins to be able to get on the elevator upon check out. Some elevators not working but there were no signs indicating this. We weren’t informed that the beach chairs that came with the rental of the condo were the same ones we had to use all week, which would’ve been nice to know. Overall our stay was a great one! The condo was nice, the responses from the management group was quick and helpful! It was clean and well stocked! The view was beautiful and the weather and water was spectacular!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Hands down best place I’ve ever stayed!

The condo is on the 24th floor. Absolutely no noice as it’s an end unit penthouse. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The view was like no other. Im an early riser and every morning I saw dolphins swimming mid shoreline. The water looked like a pool. You could see the bottom of your feet & bottom of the ocean when you were up to your shoulders. Perfect time to go.(June) No rain. Parasailing, jet ski rentals, banana boat rides etc right outside of property. Nice big kitchen and pantry. Washer & dryer. Towels galore. Beach chairs, beach loungers, boogie boards, water noodles supplied. You get reserved your own sun tanning folding chairs with umbrella (2) to tan & swim until around 5pm. The condo was super clean & Dustin was great at responding to every & all questions I had. I never even turned the tv on once. Pier park a mile away with shopping galore. A MUST STAY!!! I was so impressed & am so glad I booked with him & liv vacations. What an awesome experience!!! Highly recommend this condo 100%!!! Book this condo!!!! You won’t be disappointed for one second. Even the extra throw blankets supplied were so soft. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!!
