This condo has a huge balcony at 40 feet long, the floor plan is very spacious at over 1300 sq feet, this floor plan gives one of the most beautiful views of the ocean. The unit has 9ft ceilings with some crown molding, new furniture, new king mattress, new full size washer and dryer, 3 new large flat screen TV’s, DVD player, 2 King beds, 2 twin beds in bunk area, new queen sofa bed, free Wifi, covered parking, Pack-n-Play for the little one, 2 FREE beach chairs with umbrella (over a 150 dollar value), Gated Resort with on site security 24 hours a day.

We have stayed in 4 different Condos on different floors, but we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in every way, each time we have been there. Everything is clean and very well kept. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our Grandkids are usually with us ages 3 to 12. They enjoy the arcade and go carts across the street and all the attractions that are close by.
