Great view. the property was well maintained. But the pool heater was broken for our whole stay so could not use it. the ice maker was also broke the whole time. We had to go buy ice cube trays a make our own.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year. The only problem we had was the smell of pot coming from our neighbors balcony next to us. Other than that very clean inside the condo and the grounds were very well kept up.

TOO MANY RULES FOR US!! (1) We didn't know about the smoking policy. We understood there was no smoking IN the dwelling, however, there is no smoking on the personal balconies, as we found out. One day, we were surprised by a banging on the door by a very young HOA rep who began screaming at us that there was no smoking anywhere, including the balcony. She announced she had been videoing a person, on her personal camera, someone from our party smoking on the balcony and this was cause for immediate eviction. When we tried to explain we didn't know this rule, she yelled there were signs everywhere so there was no excuse. We contacted Southern Vaca Rentals and was told the HOA had all the control. After 15 minutes the HOA Rep came back calmer explaining she had talked to her boss and we were being given a warning. This did not only affect my party but my disabled brother who was very upset and afraid. (2) At times, when the back door was open and the front door was opened, the smoke detector went off. Fortunately, the HOA building rep was in the office and while I was contacting Southern Vaca Rentals, showed us how to reset it. It went off one other time. We reset it without reporting it.(3) We feel there was a lack of info for the condo, i.e. parking area, TV usage, HOA rules, chairs for beach, etc. We never did figure out the Master BR TV. We basically did not know about any amenities and had to figure it out on our own. We have leased condos before and had a book to help.
