This desirable 1st floor 1BR \ 1BA +2 bunks features direct, private access from back porch and only steps to the beach. This means no lugging your beach gear around the building and up flights of stairs. Unit is equipped with high speed WiFi and 2 flat screen TVs with streaming (Living Room) and DVD players. Washer \ Dryer in unit.

Conveniently located between Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside. Close to great restaurants and shopping, including recently opened HUB a few minutes west. Lots of local activities including biking / jogging trail right outside the complex, stretching along scenic 30-A. Enjoy the award winning Beaches of South Walton with unspoiled powder soft white beaches and emerald waters – no high rises here!

This unit features all tile floors, remodeled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. King size bed and queen size pull-out sofa bed, dining table for 4 and bar stools. You will enjoy this cozy and comfortable contemporary style condo.

Enjoy your meals and sunsets on the spacious outdoor seating area with 4 bar height seats and table to take in the fantastic views.

Hallway Bunks - 2 twins with memory foam mattresses
Living Room - Queen sleeper sofa - has 5 inch thick mattress, so no bars in the back!

Kitchen- Fully equipped with all the necessities and conveniences, including quiet dishwasher. Plenty of seating with bar height stools along counter and 4 person dining table.

Bathroom - Complete with full sized tub and shower, washer and dryer, and plenty of storage.

Master bedroom - 6 under bed drawers, closet, night stand, his and hers lamps, and 32” wall mounted flat screen TV with cable TV and built-in DVD player.

Main Living Area - 50” flat screen TV and DVD player. High speed wireless internet and Cable TV. Incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the porch and inside unit!

Nice family getaway

We booked this largely due to the extremely easy beach access and that did not disappoint! Quiet-ish beach and ideal location near seagrove and rosemary. Tons of state parks nearby for swimming. Dune lakes and fishing. We enjoyed our stay!

The best stay. Quiet location with the private beach access. Many tourist in the area with the nearby public beach but the private access was perfect for us. Would absolutely stay again. Great communication, perfect description of the condo.

Location was fantastic especially proximity to the beach! Condo furnishings were not so good. Couch and chair in living room were not comfortable and bed wasn’t either. Having no dresser or chest in bedroom made for having to keep clothes in suitcase all week except what could hang in cposet. Recommend updating and providing at lwast one comfortable chair and a mattress topper might help.

Perfect Location. We absolutely loved our stay. Being able to walk down to the beach was perfect. We also liked that the beach area in front of the units was reserved for guests only. It made it far less crowded and more family friendly. Even though it was a condo, we never heard any of our neighbors and it was full for spring break. Host was awesome, and the unit was exaclty as described. 100% would stay again.

Just what we needee

This condo is perfectly located within 20 minutes of restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. The private beach is just a few steps from the back door and the parking lot is just a few steps from the front door. The location is perfectly quiet at night and the condo itself is just perfect. The owner was lightning fast in answering the few questions I had. We couldn't be happier. We will absolutely be back!
