Mariner West is a small, quiet complex located on Thomas Drive on the east end of Panama City Beach. The building was recently renovated with all new windows, doors, exterior painting, and pool resurfacing. Mariner West offers guests a heated swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor grilling area. It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.

This 4th floor unit was completely remodeled in 2022. The owners spared no expense when installing all new flooring, paint, and vanities and updating the coastal furniture and decor. Boasting approximately 900 feet of luxury living space, this unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, dining area, one bedroom with 2 Queen sized beds, one ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and private exterior laundry room. Beautiful Unit

This is a lovely unit! Everything was fresh and bright. My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, 2 large screen tvs, and kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils. FYI for coffee lovers the coffees pot is drip not Keirug. If you like extra blankets, bring your own. Great unit and great location. Would rent this unit again.

Great stay!

This condo was very nice and so was the property grounds. The place was super clean and was very nice. Plenty of seating and the beds were comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen (even had salt and pepper) and an ice maker. We loved the seating on the balcony to soak up the views. There was laundry right outside the unit which was nice to be able to wash and dry our laundry before leaving. There are plenty of restaurants not far from the condo as well as other entertainment. It was a perfect size for me, my husband and 6 year old. The owner was very communicative and fast to respond to my questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Couple Getaway

The property was wonderful and very nice! The recent remodel was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the direct beachfront ocean view from the 4th floor. Also, this property and the two adjacent ones are not big high risers, which made for much less crowded beach access with plenty of space. Perfect place for my wife and I to getaway for a few days!

Great Stay

Place was clean and well furnished. The bed was really comfortable. Only stayed for a few days but was a great. Enjoyed just sitting on the balcony with the ocean right there. Convenient location also. Only con was that the front desk closes at 5:00 and you can’t check in until 4:00 so you have to be there in that window to get the beach access code. Would be great if they left something in the room with the code on it, or put it in the welcome email, so if you get there later you could access the beach. I would just call on the way if you’re not going to make it on time.

Best condo at Mariner West

We have stayed at Mariner West for the last 3years, and this condo by far was our favorite! It was beautifully finished with all the comforts of home and the balcony was right in the middle of the building which gave beautiful views whichever way you looked!! We will definitely be coming back to “sea win” for our future stays!!

The condo was perfect! Perfect location. Perfectly stocked and beautifully decorated. Super easy access to the beach and marina. The laundry room and storage was also a great plus to store chairs in and minimize the sand in the condo. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location

Very nice, great location and comfortable condo. Well supplied for all our kitchen needs. Really enjoyed the deck area for our morning breakfast. The entire complex is very well maintained! Would definitely come back!
