Welcome to Romanza Place, a light-filled beach home just minutes from Panama City Beach’s white sand shoreline. As you step inside, you’ll feel the calm, easy flow of the space. The layout is open and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, three cozy bedrooms (2 king beds and a unique double bunk in the third bedroom) and all the little details and amenities that make your stay feel relaxed and effortless. Whether you're here for a slow, quiet reset or a beach-filled adventure, this home was made to help you settle in and feel at home. (Please note there is an additional fee for parties larger than 4.)
Some of our favorite things about this spot: walking to Thomas Donuts in the morning (the apple fritters never last long), swinging by Buddy’s Seafood Market for something fresh to cook that night, and taking the beach wagon down for an unhurried afternoon by the water. We’ve stocked the house with the little extras that make things easy such towels, cooler, beach toys and plenty of space to unwind after the day’s done.

We welcome one pet per stay. Please contact us before booking if you'd like to bring an additional pet. Pets are not permitted on beds or any furniture.

This is our family home and we hope to have many families and friends enjoy it as much as we do.

Recliner was broken when we arrived, but it really wasn't a big deal. The wifi network and password that was given to us was incorrect in the message received from the host a few days before arriving. I messaged the host and never received a response, but i did find the information later when looking back at the listing. Other than those few things, everything was great and the home was beautiful. Excellent price for the house and the area that it is located.
