There was a few minor things that could have been improved, such as … we were not asked by maids if needed anything, I had to let the property know. Pool was clean in the morning but filthy by the afternoon with debris. This is a family resort so Everything closes at 10pm. I didn’t realize when booking, so if you’re expecting a romantic getaway, this is not it. But is a good property and location.

The rooms are large and had a great view. When we had an issue with the shower, we were moved to another room with an excellent view again! The staff and the location are excellent!

Rooms on the 1st floor were not what I expected for a newer property. The walls were marred up pretty bad. The carpet is so gross in the main hallway. The rugs in the rooms were "sticky" for some reason.

The staff was wonderful. The room next to us had a dog that barked the whole time the owners were out. We let the workers know and the owners came back….but as soon as the left the barking started again 😟 no fault of the employees.
