Nice property with nice pool and ocean views. Noise was a little excessive for anything around the pool while trying to sleep in past 8. Sliders do not seal so any noise gets in like screaming toddlers. Beds were great, big safe that holds 2+ computers. Happy hour was snacks and a blended drink each night. Right next door to lots of shopping and chain food options. Beach is right across the street which was open access. Nice sunsets! Breakfast was just ok, but the omelette bar was great. If they are full, it takes an hour to get food. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The hotel is lovely. It smelled great. It was very clean except for the restroom inside just by the doors that lead out to the pool. We used it just before breakfast on our day of checkout and the trash had not been emptied from the day before, there was sand all over the floor and the soap was all out. The food was good. The sous chef, Cody, was very sweet to our kids and gave them a special ‘treat’ one afternoon and that was the best thing to them! The whole staff was very friendly

Good stay. Breakfast is super. Evening reception could be better. Sheraton does sliders, wings, chicken fingers for rewards members. Drury offers full evening meals.

The hotel was nice in general. It was close to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the pier. The hotel lobby was nice and decorative. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was nice, and the evening reception with complimentary drinks and snacks was nice too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The issue I have is with the outside seating area. Most of the cushions were dirty, ripped and need to be replaced. One morning we went out and beer cans, cigars and napkins were obviously left from the night before. There were cups and plates left on a table all day. There were napkins and paper in the bushes near the patio. The cushion on the couch in our room was ripped and the rug corners were turned up. The room was clean, but maintenance, repair or replacement is very important, aesthetics are important. We enjoyed our stay and probably would go back again, but I would really like to see worn items replaced and the outside area cleaned daily. Thank you.

The stay was ✨✨✨✨✨ from the rooms , lobby, bar, pool and the customer service was A+ . This hotel is a short 3 min walk to every thing .

Additional fees added at checkin was unexpected and not documented at booking. Breakfast was fantastic the one morning we were able to get it; very long lines the other two mornings. The cleanliness and restocking of the rooms each day could have been much better(towels, toilet paper etc).
