Old style Florida beach home...warm and cozy....In the Laguna Beach/Sunnyside Beach area. Ready for your vacation getaway. 2 spacious bedrooms, one with Queen size mattress and one with a Full size bed and a twin size bed. 2 full bathrooms. Nicely furnished throughout and a recently completed remodel of our kitchen. It's ready for your comfortable and relaxing vacation stay. Just 1 block off Front Beach Road allows for just a 3 minute walk to the beach.... Grocery stores are just 1 mile away.... Pier Park is only about 5 minutes away. Close enough to the action....far enough away to enjoy evenings in a very quiet (golfcart friendly) neighborhood setting. Fantastic evening strolls on the beach at sunset.

We had a fantastic stay at Dolphin house! The house had everything we needed and the host was so kind. Very close to the beach in a quiet safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our time at the Dolphin Cottage. The rental was exactly as described. Very clean, well-stocked, easy to communicate with host, and a short walk to the beach. We would stay again.

Great beach house! Can’t get closer to the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed, and they provided us some beach materials to make our beach day more enjoyable. Can’t get closer to the beach than this!

The house was very cute, and literally across the street from the beach. Everything you need is provided – including towels, soap, coffee filters and even beach chairs. The location is also great where you can be in Rosemary Beach in just a few minutes, or down in Panama City for shopping the other direction - while Kiska Beach itself is quiet and this location gives the best of both worlds.

The host was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and an all-around great person.The fact the rental came with all of the amenities for beach-going saved us hundreds of dollars; umbrella, chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc...It also, thoughtfully, came with dishes for both adults and small children.Publix and an Aldis are very close to the property; made it easy for quick runs to the store.100% would stay again.Thank you!
