Lobby area was clean and smelled great. Front desk staff was very sweet and welcoming. Hotel room had a lot of staining on the walls but bedding was clean. Our room was on the bottom floor close to the stairs and exit so there was a lot of noise. The exit door and stairs door could be heard slamming all night through early morning and AC unit was extremely loud. Cars could be heard from hotel room making it hard to sleep.

Poor customer service and property condition. Shower water pressure was pitiful. Late check in but took a shower before bed and found water pressure low approximately 1030pm. I figured a one off. Woke up next morning took a shower at 800am only to find same pitiful water pressure. I allowed staff to enter the room and she agreed water pressure was bad. I asked management for compensation and all that was offered was book through them directly and get 10% off next stay. This was laughable as I get more than that booking through 3rd party. I relayed this to management and nothing else was offered.
