The balcony view is simply amazing! It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee watching the Sun rise and spot a dolphin taking an early morning swim in the Gulf.

Pelican Walk 604 is one of the nicest one bedroom condo at Pelican Walk featuring a King size bed in the bedroom with an adjoining private bath. The gulf front living area has a new queen sleeper sofa for guests. The spa like bathrooms both have custom tile showers. The Kitchen is state of the art and fully stocked with everything you need to cook in the condo. Just off the kitchen is a stackable washer & dryer. Truly the BEST feature is the spectacular view from the private oceanfront balcony that overlooks the east side pool all the way to the Gulf!
