Pinnacle Port B3-706 offers you a fully equipped kitchen open to a wonderful dining/living great room with private balcony that overlooks the Gulf of America! Your beach front master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom has amazing beach views to wake up to every morning. The guest room has a full-size bed and a double twin bunk bed with attached full bathroom. The quiet gated community of Pinnacle Port has 24-hour roving and gated security, two pools, two saunas, small workout facility, playground, grills, shuffleboard, bocce ball, tennis and pickleball courts, half basketball court, boat dock, approximately 26-acres of land, the Gulf on one side and Lake Powell on the other side. Located right next to Camp Helen State Park.
