Calypso offers guests a resort-style (heated in winter) swimming pool, hot tub, 2 tiki bars (open seasonally), cabanas (available for rent), and a state-of-the-art fitness center. This tastefully decorated 18th floor unit features beautiful coastal flooring, quartz countertops, 9-foot ceilings, a private 10-foot-wide balcony with views of the gulf, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances. The master bedroom offers one King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There are also a set of bunk beds in the hallway, perfect for traveling with children. Additionally, the sofa pulls out into a Queen bed, to comfortably sleep a total of 6. There is a second bathroom located in the unit as well with a tub/shower combo. The unit has a washing machine and dryer. Guests must bring their own. (IF guests leave behind beach chairs, toys, etc. we will leave for other guests to enjoy. However, we do not inventory or stock these items.) - Beach service is not included but chairs can be rented from vendor located directly on the beach Mar - Oct. - We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue. - *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less. - Reservations that are 28 nights or greater in length require 60 day cancellation notice to receive refund less $200 cancellation fee.
