Exquisite and exclusive, Butterfly Cottage is one of Rosemary Beach’s newest homes. Located close to Butterfly Park, the white sandy beach, and the Cabana Community Swimming Pool, this elegant and spacious retreat was sculpted by an impressive array of architects and interior designers who left no detail overlooked. With a sumptuous yet relaxed coastal vibe and a private courtyard with a pool, Butterfly Cottage is the ideal 30A sanctuary for your whole family.

Brick pavers and inviting Adirondack chairs lead up to the welcoming front door. Once inside, your whole group will feel immediately at ease in the laid-back luxury of Butterfly Cottage. The main level living area is open and airy, with a two-story ceiling and lots of brightly lit windows. The entire space is bathed in flowing neutrals and relaxing sea-glass-colored accents, while a spacious sofa and armchairs face the built-in entertainment center with HDTV, fireplace, and drinks fridge.

A classic crystal chandelier dangles over the circular dining table, which leads easily into the open kitchen. A spacious island has lots of barstool seating as well as workspace, and a sparkling subway tile backsplash compliments the bright white cabinetry. There’s tons of storage on the open shelving, and the appliances include a premier gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and in-drawer microwave. There’s also a convenient half bath just off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the main floor and features a gorgeous, upholstered king-size bed. This sanctuary also includes a sitting area, an in-wall, double-sided fireplace, a large HDTV, and a glass door that leads outside to the courtyard. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, step-in shower, and a spacious soaking tub.

Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms suites and another living space. The first bedroom suite features a queen-size bed, HDTV, access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The remaining two bedroom suites each have luxe king-size beds, HDTVs, and attached private bathrooms. A secondary living area under the eaves includes a sofa, a built-in full-size day bed with a twin trundle, a drinks fridge, a full bathroom, and another HDTV.

Back on the ground level, the sun-dappled courtyard features tons of space for sunbathing when you’re not taking a refreshing dip in the pool. There’s also a luxe outdoor living area complete with a sofa, armchairs, a fireplace, and a cozy alfresco dining space that looks extra-charming when illuminated by hanging twinkle lights. Butterfly Cottage is located close to the popular Cabana community pool, as well as lots of local shopping and dining options. And the world-class white sandy beach is never far from your front door.
