Great beach views and access. I gave 3 stars because the unit was not cleaned when we got there at check in. After a long day of traveling we were ready to get cleaned up and showered but couldn’t because the unit was uncleaned after the last guest. The guest contact information is also incorrect - Jarod is security for the facility and the listing said to contact him for any issues. We called him to advise of the unclean unit and he had no idea why he was listed as the guest contact but he helped us out. We had to submit a complaint to the front desk to reach out to the rental company. At almost 7pm we finally got clean towels and a sheet but the comforter and pillows were the same from the last guest. Check-in was simple at the front office but we were also told by them that the rental company should’ve sent us an email with a link to fill out the parking pass information (we never got an email, neither did the other 5 guests in the office at the same time as us). The location is fantastic and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The views are awesome and we did enjoy our time here beside the cleaning and contact issue. The unit smelled like very strong cleaning chemicals throughout and the a/c was locked at 75 degrees. Thankfully the weather outside was cooler than the unit so we were able to open the door to air the unit out and cool it off at night time. We were pleasantly surprised to see cookware and silverware were available to use as well as coffee pods.
