Very clean, everything was much more than expected..Only drawback is parking, I have 3/4 super crew truckTook a lot of maneuvering to get in our assigned parking space, small car, suv. And truck should be ok..The manager is very friendly and courteous.

Summer kick-off

My friend, her husband and I stayed along with my dog. It was comfortable and spacious enough for our group. The cottage was well equipped and had plenty of items available to take to the beach! The sofa lets out into a bed and additional linens were provided. Super quiet residential neighborhood which was nice. The shared backyard was wonderful for my dog and sitting in the evening. Overall I loved my stay at Think Pink!

What a wonderful gem to find. Simple easy living for a great vacation. We loved our stay! Everything was at our fingertips. The beach was a very short walk. Nice outdoor shower to get the sand off. Nice yard for animals and people. Grill for grilling anything you want to fix. Property Manager was delightful, kind and helpful. Met the owners and that just increased how much we loved this place. We were able to relax and not have a bunch of noise and loud people. Can’t wait to go back, did not want to leave!

Perfect place to vacation!!

We stayed in unit 3 and it was perfect for 2 adults and our small 15 pound dog. Very clean with everything you need. Very nice outdoor area to sit and relax. Very short walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighborhood. 2 blocks from Thomas Donuts and a few blocks from Carousel Market. Great smaller unit that we definitely will be returning to next year! Thank you so much for everything!!!

We absolutely loved this place. The first thing that I noticed was how good it smelled. On top of that, the place was absolutely spotless. Whoever cleans and prepares this unit for the next guest does an amazing job. We will be back soon!!!

Cozy cottage— perfect location!

My mom, two sisters and myself plus our dogs had a comfortable stay! The couch pulls out— a feature hidden to us by the couch cover the first night hahaha don’t make the same mistake I did and sleep on the floor. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook every night and enjoy our meal in the backyard. The yard is shared with three other properties, so be mindful when letting your dog out. We never had any issues with the shared drive way or yard. PERFECT location! Just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of floats, chairs, and umbrellas to borrow at the property, too. Clean, cozy, plenty of AC.. no complaints! Cant recommend this spot enough!

Sweet little cottage

this sweet little cottage was clean and tidy When we arrived. There was a notebook with instructions and expectations in it, which made it very easy to make sure we were following the rules of the property. amenities were perfect. You could literally pack your clothes and go. we shopped at the local Walmart and filled the fridge and cooked our meals and went to the beach. We brought two of our dogs. The backyard was fenced and safe. Remember to keep your dogs on a leash and poop bags were even provided to clean up after your buddies. We definitely plan on bookiing again. this was a one bedroom cottage, so the bed would be ample room for two people, and there was a pull out couch that would sleep another two people. In my case, I slept in the bed and the kiddos I had with me slept on the pull out bed. It was close to PierPark and other attractions, as well as being able to view the beach from the driveway of the property. There was also an outside shower to clean often before going into the home if you were sandy from the beach. There was also an outside storage container that had floats and an umbrella that cod be used as well. they really thought of everything.
