Our Beachy themed condo will blow you away with it's amazing Gulf view which you get not only from the living room area but from the kitchen and the dining area as well. Plenty of seating for the whole family; seating for 7 in the living room, seating for 3 balcony area, and the dining table seats 4 with room for 6 more at the breakfast bar. Did I mention the easy to clean wood grained ceramic tile throughout the condo.
Our all stainless steal appliance kitchen is fully stocked with ice maker and water from the fridge door, cooking & eating utensils, cooking pots & pans, plates & bowls, and glasses & cups... Granite counters with a duo k-cup & drip coffee type coffee maker, 2 slotted toaster, a blender, a mixer, and a crock pot.
The living room has a sleeper sofa & a regular sofa with an arm chairs overlooking a large flat screen TV with DVD player.
The Beachy Theme continues on to the master bedroom that has a king bed, big flat screen TV on the dresser, and a remodeled master bath. The master bathroom has a new shower/tub combo, new sink, and new toilet.
In the hall we have 2 twin beds in a bunk configuration and closet containing a stacked washer and dryer next to it. The remodeled hall guest bath has a new shower/tub combo, new sink, and new toilet.

Tidewater beach resort is located ½ mile west of pier park. Tidewater will be the first building you see when driving from the airport. Tidewater features: 2 huge lagoon style pools with Tiki bar and East pool has a coffee and sundries shop - 2 gulf front hot tubs - huge gulf front work out facility - sauna - steam room - on-site movie theater - large conference room (great for corporate gatherings) - indoor heated pool - and much more!!!
The resort is located on over 630' of beach frontage, you can have a blast in the water with para sailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax on the beach with a good book! But look out for the Sun, don't ruin your vacation with a terrible sunburn on your first day.

The condo was nice and the view was great!! Four stars were great to work with. The washing macine was not level at all, maintenance came and leveled it, it helped alot, but should be looked at more. Elevators had 2 working for over a week of our stay. Made it very long waits and very crowded elevators.

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the check in process at the property was ridiculous. I did the preregistration online and still had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to get our package with the armbands. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for a luggage cart and wait 45 minutes for an elevator to go up to the condo. After we unloaded the cart we had to wait another 30 minutes for an elevator to take the cart back so I could get my license. They kept your license if you used a cart.

Great ocean view if you want to stay in room for vacation the entire time

Tidewater condo building next to high traffic highway with construction. Condo exterior doors exit to outside. Horrible elevator service that seems to be programmed to cater to 25 to 30th floors and ground floor. May have to wait up to an hour in hot open air hallway for an available elevator to be half full all day and evening long if you are not on those floors. The Tidewater staff are unfriendly and act like they are prison guards than guest services. Our room was very nice and clean but master bedroom is adjacent to large window beside outside hallway and can hear everybody and traffic. Needs to be soundproofed. Bottom line I will not be returning to this place.

Nice little gem

Very clean, wonderful updated condo, very nice kitchen with updated appliances, bedroom roomy, king sized bed was extremely comfortable, both bathrooms updated very nicely. Nice balcony overlooking the beach, great for afternoon sun. Beautiful sun sets from the beach, Great location. Husband loved the free golfing. Lots of water sports. Had an excellent time. Would stay there again.

Anniversary trip!

We absolutely loved this unit! The condo was extremely clean and well kept. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’d ever slept in on a vacation. It was nice to feel rested each morning. Four Star Condo Services was amazing to work with. Super responsive and easy to reach by phone and email!

Parking across the street and using the sky bridge makes getting there a breeze. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I always feel safe on the property. Great views of the gulf and lots of family fun available.

Beautiful in Every Way

This condo is decorated so cute. It was all new and well taken care of. It was everything we wanted. We loved the free umbrella and chairs that were on the beach. The amenities were excellent. Convenient to some great restaurants and the pier.

Awesome Unit - Under-impressed by Condo Building

We just got back from our stay at this beautiful unit. It was clean, smelled clean even, and had everything in the listing. I don't know that the rug and carpet were vacuumed at all, or at least it certainly wasn't vacuumed well. Not a big deal - I just did it quickly myself. The beds were comfy. The view was great. It was nice to be on the 7th floor (good view, but not too far up - I'll explain why this matters later). The kitchen was huge. Plenty of seating at tables/bar. It did not have ANY condiments or other small things like salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc. I only note this because other condos we have stayed in did include a few small items like that (I suppose left behind by other guests). Overall - super lovely place to stay and it was the nicest, cleanest, biggest unit we've ever stayed in. It was a good location in terms of getting to things around town as well. Would recommend!! Now, on to the building itself. Construction was going on out front. The parking garage is directly on the road and not laid out well. The ground level smelled like sewer every day. And the elevators. Nope. Not good. We did stay during a very busy week in July. But, I asked several others if they'd been before to the building and if they had the same elevator experience. One was broken while we were there, which I'm sure added to it. Trick is - take the stairs down. And don't go at peak hours when going up! :)
