The beautiful Gulf can be seen from most rooms in the main house and it has a large sun room facing the Gulf of Mexico. This home is beautifully decorated with a large family entertainment area, Flat Screen TVs. large seating areas, step off the back porch onto the legendary sugar sand. The beach is semi private so very little public traffic. You will be blown away with all the things this home has to offer. This home is ideal for large gatherings and privacy. Privately nestled behind wall and gates. It is also located 35 min from Sandestin, Fl, and 8 miles from the beautiful beach of 30-A. A perfect location to make the most of your vacation.

The house was very clean with many updates. Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials needed for cooking. There is plenty of space to spread out with two bedrooms and a laundry room completely separate from the main house area. This is perfect for large families traveling together. The views and location being directly on the beach was the reason we picked this property and it was perfect. We were able to have our beach photos taken right at the beachfront location of the home at sunset. The convenience of shopping, groceries and other attractions were a plus. Overall our stay was exactly what we planned. Thanks again to the host who was very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to return again to make more memories with our family.

This was the perfect house to host our beach wedding and reception. We rented the house for the week for all of our family and we had the best time. We enjoyed just being able to get up and walk out to the beach. The huge patio was perfect for our reception or to just sit outside and enjoy. Rachel and her whole team were wonderful to work with. Our emails were always answered quickly. If I ever need a house on the beach again, this would be it.
