The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving please remove all trash. Trash chutes are across from elevators on each floor. On the first floor is a bin for larger items.
If the towels are still damp or wet do not mix in with sheets. Set the on floor in a pile in bathroom or in tub.
There will be a $50 charge for any missing items after you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overall we were all pretty pleased. There listing was pretty accurate. We had a good stay for the price it was worth the memories.Plus the placed really did have about all of the amenities you will need. We brought most things but could have packed lighter.Kid friendly for sure. All in all good trip thanks

The space was clean and we had everything we needed. Its a short walk to Pineapple Willy's which is amazing and we were actually able to walk to all the places we needed. It is convenient to several shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when visiting PCB.

The room was very clean and easy to check in. The host was informative and responded to a question that I had. The view was great! The only complaint that I had was that the bed was entirely too tall and the pull out couch was not comfortable until we pulled one of the foam mattresses off the bed to put on the couch. Other than that everything was great!

We were very pleased with our unit. It was the perfect size for two adults, two children. It was by far the cleanest and best smelling condo we’ve ever stayed in. I can’t emphasize that enough. It was extremely well kept and had everything we needed and more. The owners was very accommodating and checked in periodically and seemed so nice. We will definitely add it to our favorite places to stay
