Sea U Soon is completely renovated and gorgeous on the quiet West end of Panama City Beach. In this brand new rental you will find a 2 bedroom with bunk room and 2 full bathrooms home sleeps 6 and is a 3 minute walk to the beach out the your front door!
Beach access 89 is a 3 min walk to get you to the white-sand beaches of Panama City and make this home an easy choice for vacation bliss! After an afternoon of Florida beach and sun fun on your provided beach chairs, hang out in the spacious back patio with dining table, comfortable seating and grill where you can enjoy a cold beverage and plenty of space for lawn games in the spacious yard.
The well-stocked chef’s kitchen provides everything you will need to enjoy meals at home at the large dining table with seating for 6. The large comfy sectional and 75” television provides ample space for the whole family to watch movies. Laundry is easily done in the full size stacked washer and dryer with supplied laundry soap.
We also provide many beach supplies like towels, chairs, an umbrella, floats, toys, and much more.
Laguna Beach is a short drive up Front Beach with plenty of parking by Carousel Market and Thomas Doughnuts. There are over 90 public beach accesses in PCB, room for everyone.
Excellent local restaurants and several grocery stores are just minutes away.
Sea U Soon is located on the west end of Panama City Beach in the Sunnyside community. This beautiful beach is more quiet and less crowded, as it tends to be more residential. We are two miles from Camp Helen State Park. Also we are located, just three miles from picturesque South Walton County which includes Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside and 12 minutes to Pier Park.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout!
