First of all I would like to start off on a positive note. Thomas was very good at getting back to me. I really appreciated that. However, I was so very disappointed with a few things. There was no 4th bedroom which must have been on the first floor. No bedroom with 2 beds. We are elderly and difficult to manage stairs so we were planning on taking the downstairs bedroom. There was a movie room which was added on adjacent to the back area. It had a tv and a loveseat and a couple of places to lie on the top to view a movie...but not a bedroom. The furniture truly needs to be updated. The bunk beds in bad shape. The 4 bikes had rusty chains and 2 of them were completely off. The golf cart was fun. The pool area had outdated furniture. They advertise a heated pool but it was NOT. The garbage on the side of the house was overflowing, and scattered on the ground leaving no place to put our trash. We picked it up and put it out for whomever was in charge of that. We loved the funky designs on the interior walls and decor. We did contact Thomas about some of these issues. He said he would address them with the proper people which didn't help us much but hopefully will be better for the following guests.
