This property is listed as a two bedroom/bath, which is not accurate in my opinion. The bedroom with the bunks doesn’t have closet or door for privacy. It does sleep 6 comfortably and we enjoyed our stay, but this is not a true 2 bedroom. Also, we couldn’t open the glass door in the family room from the outside; therefore, it is very easy to get locked out unless the door in master bedroom is left unlocked. Maybe, this is by design, but the renters should be made aware.

The unit was just as described and the view was beautiful. Our only complaint was the agitator in the washer ruined our Peflagic UPF shirts with lots of black grease stains we couldn’t get out. We did notify the property manager who offered us some monetary relief off of our next stay. It unfortunately doesn’t assist with replacing our clothing at this point but as long as the washer issue is addressed, we will absolutely keep this unit on our list for future stays.

Location was good. Property could have been cleaner. Fronts of cabinets, fans and doors need to be cleaned. A lot of the electrical plugs did not work. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food on them.

Perfect trip

We enjoyed everything about this condo and staying at Aqua. It was across the street from surf shops/restaurants/bar/liquor store. It’s a short walk from the parking garage to the actual condo. The grocery store was a quick 2-3 minute drive with no traffic. We will definitely be back next year.
