This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Rental was stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals & get location to walk to shops & restaurants. We would definitely rent again.

Everything about the property was first class.The only issue is, there is a property next door that has an AC Unit that runs 24/7 and makes a loud clanking sound. when you are outside on the porch or the balcony, its all you hear. The last day was the one time the unit was off. You could hear the ocean and other sounds around the community. Its an issue that really should be addressed considering the value and location of the property.

Overall we enjoyed this property, particularly because of the proximity to the beach and the Eastern Green. There were a few things that disappointed us, however: the spray wand on the kitchen sink doesn't work at all, and the master sink was nearly clogged and wouldn't drain. The pool is directly next door, which was convenient, but a little noisy (didn't really both us, though). Those things were pretty minor and we could overlook them. What was very disappointing was when we were in the middle of celebrating a birthday and the fire department showed up to do an inspection of fire alarms, with the property manager accompanying them. We asked the fireman why this couldn't be scheduled when there weren't guests present, and he told us it was scheduled by the property management company. This seemed extremely inconsiderate, particularly for a property in this price point. Out of principle alone, we don't plan to return to this property or recommend it (or others managed by Echelon) to other friends or family.
