This community is the most pristine, clean, and well kept resort you have ever seen! It is a gated and quiet community with extremely friendly and helpful people.
All condo's are at street level, meaning NO ELEVATORS or long wait times! Just pull straight up to your front door, making it easy and fast to unload the car!
It features 2 pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse, and a catch & release pond. The white sandy beaches are just 2 miles away, and close to many favorite local places. Unit #4 has easy access to the resorts entrance area and takes only 30 seconds from the front door to the pool and hot tub! This unit has a front covered parking area. Ping pong, shuffleboard and a workout room are available for your enjoyment within the clubhouse. There is a long screened porch with table and chairs that can used for cards and games, attached to the clubhouse.
The resort has 1.5 miles of streets for walking, biking, and running. Multiple restaurants are nearby.
Come get some rest and relaxation at the white sandy beaches nearby, or in our pools and hot tub, in our quiet and peaceful community.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
All trash must be in the white kitchen trash bags and hauled out past the farm gate where the trash cans are located. Please make sure the bungee cords over the top are secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No empty or filled beverage container is allowed within 4 feet of the pool or hot tub. This will create a $50 fine for you.
All trash must be bagged and taken to the disposal near the resort entrance, prior to leaving. Boxes must be broken down.
The golf cart is NOT included with the rental. Please leave cover on it, undisturbed.

Great week in PCB

We had a great stay! The home is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the beach and several popular restaurants! It is a gated community so you feel very safe, and the home is directly across from the front pool that also includes a hot tub. I would definitely recommend this property!
