The decor and open floor plan are perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or an evening out at one of the many wonderful restaurants located just a short walk from your cottage.

The modern and well-equipped kitchen has plenty of quartz counter space, stainless appliances, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Adjoining the kitchen is a cozy dining area.There is plenty of space to relax in the separate living area, featuring comfortable seating, while watching that perfect movie on the 40" flat screen TV, reading that favorite book you have been saving for your trip, or simply catching-up on the days activities. Secured WiFi is available throughout.

The spacious king bedded sleeping area includes separate lighting on both sides of the bed for nighttime reading. This en suite concept features a spacious master bath and larger walk-in shower. There is also plenty of space to hang/store all of your belongings.

This is the perfect carriage house having beautiful natural light and a walk out balcony. To further enhance your privacy the entrance is separate from the main house allowing direct access throughout your visit. Please be advised that we only allow a maximum of 2 adults.

Included with the rental are 2 adult bikes. This studio is located on the second level above garage. Convenient Parking is available on East Water Street or Atticus Road.
