The entire front wall of the large living and dining areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows while four sliders allow balcony access from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and second guest bedroom making you feel like you are ON the beach!

Whatever you love most about beach life - the sunrise, sunsets, observing the dolphins & birds, gazing at the waves, or watching the folks down on the beach, you have a front row seat! Our condo is on the third floor of a midrise building (no waiting for elevators!), with plenty of convenient parking, is closest to the water and just steps away from beach access and all the great amenities that Edgewater has to offer.

Our large living room opens to the dining room and kitchen/bar area with granite counter tops providing an ideal entertaining area. Enjoy watching movies on our 60' flat screen TV with lots of seating for the entire family. All three bedroom suites feature luxury bedding & linens, casually elegant decor, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms, perfect when everyone is getting ready for a night on the town after a great day at the beach and pools!
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. The condo was very big and very comfortable. The wrap around balcony was the best! It is in the best location for getting in and out during peak season times! Eating and shopping was convenient. And, complex had so much to offer! We enjoyed it all.
