You have to 'Sea' it to 'Believe' it - come hang at our home for the summer! Sea'n is Believe'n is a newly redesigned home with extra special details - right in the heart of Prominence on 30A. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath home is great for families and comes with a brand-new golf cart, incredible amenities, and it's situated right across the street from “The Big Chill”! The Prominence community features 2 Resort style pools, outdoor space, outdoor grills, and easy access to the beach.

🔆Beach time!
Leave your beach gear at home - we've got you covered. - Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cart, beach toys, 4 beach towels, beach bag cooler, and fishing poles and tackle. We can also provide a BOB stroller- just ask!

🏖️ Beach access:

- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about a 15 min walk, or 2 min drive away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. *Just note the gate closes at 6pm.*

- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 1 mile away. There's no car or cart parking here. New signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access, but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.

- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About a 25 min walk, or 4 min drive away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

- Seacrest Drive Beach Access: About a 4 min drive away. Car, cart, and bike parking are all available here, though there are no restrooms or showers.

- Walton Dunes Beach Access #9: About a 5 min drive away. There's a public parking lot about 100 yards from the entry (small, so arrive early), plenty of bike racks, and no boardwalk or steps. You can walk straight from the road onto the sand.

Primary bedroom - King bed with En Suite, Smart TV and ceiling fans.
Primary bathroom features beautiful vanity and rainfall shower head
Guest bedroom - Queen bed with Smart TV, ceiling fans, and plenty of storage.
Bunk room - Queen over Queen bunk beds with memory foam mattress.
Also features charging stations embedded into both bunks. Children's books available for your littles as well! Pack n play - also provided

✏️ Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Heads up for Fall and Winter! The pool at Prominence is heated Oct 1 - Nov 30 and Dec 21 - Dec 31.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- There are two cameras at the home. First is a Ring doorbell camera to assist with guest check ins and for deliveries. The second is a NEST security camera located high on the back wall of the garage with view of the garage door and street. Camera has no view of the interior home.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
