T.V remote

I reported that the T.V remote did not work in the Xtra bedroom. I was told that they would be there to fix the issue and no one ever came. Therefore they had to sleep on the couch and in the recliner. Seemed to be very outdated, they had a VCR. The head boards on the beds in the Xtra bedroom were very weak and would wobble when you touched them or laid down on beds.. very unsteady. Even tho with the problems we had we had a great vacation. The security and grounds were great.
