We’ve given every surface a glow-up so your time here feels calm, cozy, and easy. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio, biking to the beach, or winding down after a pool day, this is a space made for relaxing and reconnecting. (If you're looking for a party pad, this ain't it.)

PARKING + RESORT INFO
Up to 2 parking spots available. The resort requires wristbands ($20 each for guests 6 years+) and a parking fee ($25 per vehicle), both paid on-site at the front desk inside the main office. The wristbands will allow you access to all of the resort amenities, including the pools, beach, fitness center, game courts, and unlimited rounds of mini-golf.

HOUSE & RESORT RULES
☼ Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent
☼ No smoking, vaping, or drugs
☼ No pets
☼ No parties or events
☼ No unregistered guests/visitors
☼ No golf carts or golf cart rentals allowed on the property
☼ Quiet hours are 11pm-7am

RESORT FEES
Just so there are no surprises: wristbands are required for all guests ages 6 and up. They’re $20 each, paid on-site at check-in. Parking passes are $25 per vehicle (up to 2 vehicles allowed). These fees are collected by the resort (a third party) at the main office and are not included in your total.

A QUICK NOTE ABOUT FLORIDA WILDLIFE
This is Florida, so yes—you may meet a gecko, a sugar ant, or even a palmetto bug (they’re like the Florida version of an awkward uncle: large, harmless, and not great at taking a hint). We have regular pest control, but keeping doors shut and snacks sealed helps keep the party outside where it belongs.
