The condo is beautiful and convenient. Unfortunately the oven takes well over 30 minutes to heat up and the refrigerator, most of the door shelves are missing or broken and the ice maker makes minimal ice. Also at Tidewater resort - only 1 of the elevators in the parking garage is functioning and as well as one of the main elevators is non-functioning (makes life miserable if one person in your party is disabled/handicapped) Also Tidewater resort did not have any wheelchairs available for use or beach access. We spoke with several staff and security officers who had no idea of where to locate and had not seen in weeks. This is very disappointing for a disabled person.

Great for beach. Elevators r slow so 1st floor is great. Only negative is maintenance coming into the condo while i was in the shower to make repairs from previous renters. No one contacted me with this repair schedule. This should not be allowed.

Our stay at the condo was excellent, the only problem i had was in the master bedroom the tub was dripping water constantly, until someone came to shut off the water. The tub was never fixed so was unable to use. Other than that the condo was excellant.

Very Pleased

We have been to Tidewater several times and have never been disappointed. Listing photos don’t do justice to how nice this condo is. Beautiful, very comfortable, and everything we needed and more. Our first time on the first floor and with a big spring break crowd there, being able to avoid the elevators was golden. Will definitely book again if we get the opportunity.

The view is amazing. Beds comfortable but bring your own sponges paper towels toilet paper dish towels. Basics not provided or only one set. Only one garbage bag. No coffee at all. Just two Keurig pods would be great for first morning.

Great Location on the Beach.

My family of five stayed in this condo, and it was a perfect stay. The resort has been havung issues with elevators, but the condo is on the forst floor so it made it easy to get to everything we needed. The condo itself was very nice

Very nice place

Very nice and clean place. Perfect location where we did not have to use the elevator. One level down to the beach and one level up for the walkway to the parking garage
