This was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Note that this hotel chain is very focused on a younger crowd so expect dance music from breakfast onwards in the bar/restaurant as well as lots of ads and evening activities focused on partying. The organized outdoor activities such as hikes and lake tours were great and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel age is apparent, and it would benefit from maintenance. Additionally, some of the promotional images are misleading. I specifically booked this hotel based on picture depicting two hands framing a volcano view; however, this particular viewpoint is not on the premises.
