Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town but set back into lovely gardens so that you are away from noise and pollution of road. The hot spa is very relaxing and appreciated ! Staff is attentive and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, basic and in line with the rest of the place .

5 stars for the spotless clean room and hot springs. Breakfast wasn't that great, omelet came plan no fruits, I couldn't eat the pancakes tasted like dry flour. Plenty great options just outside of the hotel for cheaper and delicious breakfast! One of the cleanest room I ever stay, and I travel a lot! Great location! Very nice staff. You can exchange money at front desk but only from 9am, I exchanged my dollars at the pharmacy nearby that was opened earlier, everywhere was the same rate I saw. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)

The room smelled like concrete that gave me allergies. There was no safe, and no place to set your luggage. No AC. Pillows were terrible, no support. The room was fairly new, so that was ok, but the smell made it bad for me. The hot springs were nice, people were really nice as well. Not too far from the dock to take the water transportation to other towns and also close to the nearest public beach.

La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrico, se podía ir caminando fácilmente a cualquier sitio. Lo único negativo fue que la habitación tenía una chimenea y olía a ceniza y no había forma de tener agua fría en la ducha, siempre salía caliente y a una temperatura alta.

Great trip

Nice hotel for the price I paid, location is a plus, the only thing is there is a lot of noise early in the morning and at night a school is right next to it and at night is the music around but if you are tired you wouldn’t mind . I didn’t mind the noise but be aware. I love the massage!! I had a 90 minutes hot stone massage and it was the best I had so far highly recommended. Another plus all staff is very helpful and friendly.
