The hotel is in a beautiful location against the hills with a lovely garden, very quiet and seemed kid-friendly too. The staff there were courteous and very helpful.

Room was as advertised, clean & spacious. Only issue was room had no hot water. Staff let me use the shower of the next door room. Staff handled it well. Hotel rooms have hot water. Only my room had hot water issues. which staff promptly addressed.

Thanks for a nice stay!

Everything was excellent at Posada de Don José. Check in was simple and they let us check in early. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple, but very clean and comfortable. I will stay again if I come back to Pana.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay from breakfast in the garden, incredible helpful and accommodating staff. clean and safe. Large store just open down the street. the fresh market is close. 2 bananas for 1Q. and there is a great taco guy across the street. Close buy the stores sell Beer so if you want wine buy it at the large super market or stores on the other side of the church.

Great experience! The garden was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! The family and staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and well-rested. Will be back!

Exceptionally nice staff. Very pleasant grounds. About a 20 minute walk to the center of things but you can take a tuktuk for around 60 cents.

Room was very comfortable and spotless. Staff were really friendly and so helpful. Our room was close to the entrance so there was a lot of traffic noise early in the morning At night, it was very quiet. Overall, would recommend this hotel
