This is a very attractive second floor studio inside a fieldstone walled, spa-type complex. The complex has its gym, sauna, medicinal/culinary plant garden, and massage room. These are offered as amenities at no charge to guests. The studio has a completely equipped kitchen area, fireplace, queen bed, & a private porch which overlooks the complex's central garden. It also has cable TV and fiber-optic internet to the unit. We are located in a friendly neighborhood on the outskirts of Panajachel; a 15 -20 minute walk from town center and just a little bit farther from a good swimming beach. It is three blocks from a supermarket and next door to a small family-run grocery store. There are other nearby stores and restaurants. We offer special economic weekly & incredibly priced monthly rates.
