Everything was great! Only downside was the room HVAC. Wouldn’t heat up until wall thermostat was set to 80 degrees, temp got to 76 then blew cool air. We finally shut it off and room stayed warm enough all night. Staff was apologetic and apparently they are switching controls around.

Hotel and staff very nice but walls and floor must be thin. It's very loud in the room anytime someone walks in the room above you. When my neighbors door closes it shakes the bed. Probably the loudest room I have ever stayed in.

The AC in our bedroom wasn’t working. We only stayed one night, so I’m not sure when or if it will be fixed. Overall things were fairly clean, but when I pay that much for one night, I expected things to be better. Staff was friendly though.
