Staff was friendly enough. It was a very inexpensive place to stay. Room could definitely use some deep cleaning and upgrading. Had a slight sewer gas smell in the room. I’ve stayed in worse😅

We had a setback with our transportation, we notified the hotel that we would arrive late and they responded that if we did not show up before midnight we would lose our reservation and of course the payment that we had made well in advance. We had to look for another hotel. Because of the above, I classify it as unfriendly.

The good things first: the accommodation is very close to the entrance to the UNESCO site and having a balcony was really nice. The service was always very friendly. Unfortunately the faucet didn't work properly and the shower wasn't in quite good conditions either. The room had a fridge and a hot water kettle, the latter was in a very bad condition. Luckily the reception was very kind and lent us another one. Overall I think Pamukkale must be overran with tourists, maybe that's the reason for the condition.. OK place but next time I would stay somewhere else.

Odaya yerleştik TV yok buzdolabı çalışmıyor klima gündüzleri yeterli değil banyoda duş almak istersen sadece sıcak su akıyor, sabah saat 6 da yangın alarmı yarım saat boyunca ortalığı inletti ama personelden hiç biri gelip onu kapatmadi uykudan uyandık bir daha uyuyamadık kısacası biraz kötü bir konaklama oldu iyileştirilmesi lazım

Otele giriş hızlı, personel güleryüzlü, anlayışlıydı. Gerek otek gerekse oda gayet temizdi. Otelin konumu fevkalade güzel, otoparkı çok iyiydi. Aile için güvenli ve kullanışlı. Sadece tesisat eski ama çalışmasında sorun yoktu. Pamukkale ye geleceklere kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Bir gün önceden sarık aldığım odaya gece 12 de girmek için gittik. Saat 10 dan sonra oda vermiyorum diye söylendi beyefendi. Oysaki biz odayı önceki gün aldık. Ödedik. İstediğimiz saatte giriş yaparız. Sifon çalışmıyordu. Başka oda veremem dedi. Bir daha asla. Bu işi yapmasın böyleleri. Turizm hassas bir terazidir.

Bakımsız odada banyo wc berbat diyebilirim. Banyodaki havlupan insanın gözlerini kanatacak şekilde paslı. Sıcak ve soğuk ve taharet musluğundan hep sıcak su akması da cabası. Tuvaletten bahsetmeyeyim. Çok merak ediyorsanız deneyimleyin derim. :) Hangi devirde kaldığımızı anlamadık ama odayı tutarken dikkat etmeyeceğiniz bir detay tv olup olmaması. Meğersem odada tv yokmuş. Odayı satarken çay kahve makinesi gibi birşey okumuştum ama odada standart şeyler bile olmayınca şımarıklık gibi hissettim o yüzden talep etmedim. Fotoğraflardan şık ve temiz görünse de çarşaflarının ve store perdelerinin eskiliği ve kirli görünümü insan kendinden geçirebilir. Sırf rurizm bölgesinde ve kurban bayramına denk geldiği için fahiş fiyat uygulasalar da başka alternatifler çok daha pahalı diye burada 1 gece konakladık. Mevsim gereği ılık bir hava olduğu için oda bakımından bu konuya çok da takılmadık. Çalışan oldukça genç bir oğuldu sanırım. Yardımcı oldu bazı konularda ama daha fazla bir isteğimiz olmadığı için çok yorum yapmamız doğru olmayacaktır. Çok da güler yüzlü olamayan ciddi genç. Son olarak denize düşerseniz çok da düşünmeyin tutun gitsin, tarlayı bu fiyata veren kamping işletmeleri var çevrede ona göre....

Bu otelde ailecek bir gece konakladık. Her iki odada da sifon çalışmıyordu. Sifonun çalışmadığı söylenmesine rağmen bu duruma bir çözüm bulunmadı. Odamızdaki klimanın kumandası yoktu. Resepsiyonda birini bulamadığımız için kumanda temin edemedik. Odalar vasat idi. Yaşadığımız sorunlara çözüm bulunmadığı, ilgi alaka zayıf olduğu için tavsiye etmiyoruz.
