The hotel is beautiful, good car parking, the staff are very nice. Close to center and the main attraction. There are houses around, where we have to walk through, with chickens, which are funny but sometimes smelly. The village, like other turkish villages and cities, is a bit broken down, but there is places to eat, drink, supermarket, etc.

The hotel was a great choice for the price and quality. It gave us a Miami/California vibe. The swimming pool is open 24 hours, and they had a very large breakfast that included many traditional Turkish breakfast items.

excellent breakfast… and the front desk were super friendly and helpful. we had an issue with our ac and they moved us quickly to a new room. loved having the pool and being able to walk to everything. on our last day we lounged at the pool all day and showered pool side to get ready for our flight. recommend booking a regular taxi to the airport… the shuttle + bus took over an hour. this wasn’t clear when we booked it. highly recommended a hot air balloon ride at sunrise. unforgettable!

This small hotel is just darling. Well decorated and comfortable. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily in a poolside building. Pool was lovely. Staff even lovlier! My son left an expensive piece of property at the hotel, and they contacted us upon finding it, and arranged to get it shipped within 3 days to our next destination. Impeccable service and care. I would stay here again and again!! 💖✨️🤩

A very warm welcome from Josh and a delicious breakfast from Sugar/Şeker made my stay. Their daily greeting, kindness and hospitality will be remembered. Melrose was such an easeful way to visit Pamukkale, resting by the gorgeous pool and palms then meandering a few minutes up to the South Gate. It meant I could descend the travertines with no one else around just before closing as the sun was painting them pink. Peaceful, relaxing. Glorious. Thank you Melrose team 🙏

They are in the process of renovating and updating the hotel to make it more modern. The room was fine but the bathroom didn’t have great lighting and the water pressure is very high so we cracked the rainfall— breakfast was fantastic!!!! Amazing service overall

Pamukkale visit

The owners were very helpful and welcoming. Room was very nice, and exceptionally clean, with a stunning view, but the bathroom was a little dated. Breakfast was delicious, and typically Turkish, all freshly made. Would definitely return, if in the area!

Cute boutique hotel with pristine views of the travertines and mountains. The view and proximity alone are worth it! *They do not take cc and there are no elevators.
