Great hotel!

This hotel was amazing, I would absolutely recommend it. Resort style pool, great spa with Turkish bath (I'd never had one before) at a reasonable price, massive dinner and breakfast buffet included, clean, everything you would want from a hotel!

This is a very nice resort with its own hot spring thermal pool. The staff is excellent very helpful and friendly. The location is great between Pamukkale and Karahayit with easy access to both. There is some construction in the resort but expected to finish before the summer 2021 season.

This was a much different experience from other more charming locations and lodgings throughout Turkey, such as in Selcuk, much more like Las Vegas with a large banquet room for dinner and breakfast and little charm. The dinner was adequate but the breakfast, as other reviews indicate, included leftovers from dinner and did not include fresh coffee or juice. The spa is only open after 12:00 PM but is well arranged w/ salt room, sauna, thermal pool.

Disappointed that outdoor pool was closed in March

We visited in March and I had hoped the beautiful outdoor pools would be heated and open but they were not and that was really disappointing as the reason we chose this place was for the outdoor pools. And I had thought the outdoor pools were thermal so they would be heated but they were not. The hotel is very big and popular with the big tour buses. There were more than 10 big buses parked outside so it doesn't have the intimate feeling I was hoping for. If you don't like big tour buses and that type of crowd, you will be disappointed like we were. The dinner was good but there were so many people there that it felt overwhelming. And the way the room was put together it felt like you were at some really disorganized wedding.

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Otel içi ve odalar temizdi. Kapalı Havuzlar yeterli özellikle çocuklu aileler için yeterli büyüklükte çocuk havuzları var. Havuzun bir bölümü de ısıtmalı. Yetişkin havuzunun büyüklüğü de diğer otellere göre büyüktü. Yemekler genel olarak yeteliydi ve güzeldi. Aynı konsept otellerde olmayan Hemen hemen günün her saati çay bulabilmek de güzeldi. Eski olarak çocuk ve bebekler için daha düzenli ve geniş bir oyun alanı olabilirdi.

Adempira hotel

Karahayitda bulunan bir kaç tane 5 yıldızlı otel var. Hemen hemen hepsinde konakladık. Adempira dada 2 Şubat 2024 de bir gece konakladık 1. Blok 1110 nolu odada kaldık. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çok güzeldi. Akşam yemeğinde canlı müzik oluyor. Termal havuzu içerde ve dışarda olmak üzere iki tane var ikiside güzel. Normal havuzları özellikle çok daha iyiydi. Çocuklar için çok ideal bir otel. Eksik yanlarını belirletmek istiyorum düzelsin diye. Bahçede bulunan çocuk oyun alanı çok daha güzel bir hale getirilmeli. Basit olmuş orası 5 yıldızlı otel belediyenin parkindaki çocuk parkı gibi olmaması lazım 5 yıldızlı otelde ki çocuk parkının. Yine içeride çocuk oyun alanı var küçücük bir alana sıkıştırılmış iki üç aksesuar var sadece bu alanıda geliştirilmeniz lazım. Odalara su koyun lütfen en azından 1,5 litrelik su koyun. Su satarak para kazanmak dan vazgeçin bu size başka kazançlar olarak döner merak etmeyin. Bir bardak çay 20 TL. Biz içmedik içmeyizde. Çayı en küçük restoranlar bile ücretsiz ikram olarak verir. Şimdi diyeceksiniz ki diğer termallerde böyle o zaman sizin farkınız ne olacak. Bu yazdıklarım dikkate alınır umarım çünkü en kısa zamanda tekrar gelmeyi istiyorum, her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Çocuklar için ideal otel

Ara tatilde çocuk için yaptığımız bir konaklamaydı. Palyaço ablaya ilgisi için teşekkür ederiz. Kızımız orda çok mutluydu. Temiz bir otel. Kahvaltı ve Yemekler güzel. 4 çayında kekler, poğaçalar çok iyiydi. Odalarda küvet yok, duşakabin var. Islak kıyafetler için balkonda askılık gibi birşey olsa daha güzel olurdu. Garsonlar, biz Masadan kalkmadan biten tabakları parça parça toplamasa da kalkmamızı bekleyip masayı komple toplasa daha hoş olurdu. Tekrar gelmeye değer bir otel. Teşekkürler.

While location is 5 min from the pumakalae tourist attractions , building is nice and has a cool vibe , bright spacious rooms - their customer service is horrible and their basic amenities are nit when for a motel 6 !! We had no cooling and in the middle of night a loud noise woke us up to see the entire ac unit was leaking water into my suitcase ! They refused to change our room initially but later did after a lot of delay and nit getting any rest ! My clothes were ruined they refused to get in laundry inspite of having the option ! My clothes stink and they didn’t even have an iron to dry them myself ! Staff was very overwhelmed overworked and not helpful at all ! Stay away from them if you can, book elsewhere or hope to not run into any problems as they won’t solve them !
