Villa with swimming pool, which has several outdoor spaces to enjoy outdoor meals and relaxation areas. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and at the same time close to everything.

It comprises two separate properties: the main house and an apartment by the pool. It is let as a whole, with a total of five bedrooms and accommodation for ten people.

Access is via Calle Pedraforca, where there is a ramp leading up to the house.
Main house (upper floor): features a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and 2 terraces. One of these is furnished as an outdoor dining area and leads out to the swimming pool. There are 2 bedrooms here, one of which has bunk beds, ideal for younger children, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is only available in the living room.

Pool level (lower floor): This comprises 3 double bedrooms, each with its own separate entrance from outside. All have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 2 bathrooms here, both with shower cubicles.
