The double room with private bathroom in an historic villa is a double room featuring a private bathroom with a bathtub, distinguished by historic architectural details. It offers a timeless atmosphere thanks to elegant features such as exposed beams, terracotta floors, and period furnishings, combined with modern comforts. Use of common areas such as the kitchen, BBQ area, outdoor pool, and soccer field is included. The room is located in a historic building dating back to the early 1800s that has been recently restored. It is situated in Sabina, an area famous for the production of extra virgin olive oil, in a stunning valley dominated by the Lucretili Mountains, one of the most beautiful natural parks in Lazio. The farmhouse is situated in the center of a large estate, surrounded by olive trees and centuries-old trees; also on the property is a private grass-surfaced soccer field. Next to the pool (13m x 7m, for your exclusive use)—which is also surrounded by greenery—there is a designated dining area. The house is elegantly furnished while retaining its historic character: some elements, such as the interior staircase and the ceiling with exposed wooden beams, are original. On the first floor, the old stable has been converted into a billiards room. The presence of an internal elevator allows even older guests to access the upper floors. The farmhouse, approximately 300 square meters in size, can accommodate 8 people and is laid out as follows: - first floor: game room with billiards table, bathroom - 1st floor: spacious kitchen with fireplace (oven, freezer, dishwasher), dining room, large living room with fireplace and furnished terrace, bathroom - 2nd floor: master bedroom with bathroom featuring a bathtub, master bedroom with bathroom featuring a built-in shower stall (the beds in the two master bedrooms cannot be separated), 2 twin bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower.
