When I asked if it was OK to stay in the parking lot a few minutes past checkout time, I was assured that it was no problem. It cost me fifty dollars to stay an extra 20 minutes while I finished a relaxing lunch there. The overall experience was OK but I will never again stay with penny ante pikers !

Great stay. Downtown Palo Alto is an easy walk and so is Stanford Shopping Center. Great location. Staff were helpful and make sure we were comfortable.

d It is an older hotel but the hotel was clean and nice and the staff was professional and accommodating. The pool area is very nice. The location is absolutely wonderful if you are visiting Stanford University.
