Highly recommend. Rooms were very nice, large and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helped in any way they can. Best part of it was that since we have stayed here a few times while in town they surprised us and upgraded us to the VIP room at no charge. Staying here next time in town for sure.

It's a very scenic property near Palo Alto. The rainfall showers are awesome. The bed and bedding quite comfortable. The room is very spacious.

Good hotel, but tiny details are overlooked

I got a suite for an extra $10 a day. Suites are supposed to be fully equipped. This one has a kitchen, but it's completely empty: no cutlery, no pans, no plates, and nothing else... So, what’s the point of having a kitchen if you can't even use the microwave to reheat food and eat it?
