Loved the property and how clean and spacious it was. The amount of space was more than enough for the three of us and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us too, as we just moved to the area and needed a temporary place to stay while getting our house ready. The only issue we experienced was getting into the apartment the first night - we followed all the instructions but the door code didn’t work and it took us over an hour to retrieve the keys. It wouldn’t have been so bad if it wasn’t 2am after a long cross-country flight. But besides that, everything else was great.

A nice apartment and property

This apartment was clean and well-maintained. We had to request a few extra items since our stay was over one week, and the response was good except over the weekend. We would also suggest better window coverings in this unit as the outside lights shone through the wood blinds at night.

Gateway Commons was convenient to my granddaughter's house as well as interstate 75. Just 1/2 hour from Sarasota Airport. Perfect location for our needs.

It was such a fiasco to check in….it took a dozen phone calls and hours of waiting for a person to respond to be able to do so. Communication was TERRIBLE and although my check-in time was 5 pm it was long after that time when someone met me at the unit to provide the key. The washing machine did not work. The master bathroom has the smell of sewerage. There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Scam! Do not book this property! We booked this condo for spring break. Upon arrival they told us they didn’t have anything available for us, they overbooked the rooms. no one told us or contacted us before hand. It was a long horrible night mare. We travelled all day from a different state and had no place to stay. We booked this place several months in advanced. It was devastating. Also they wouldn’t help us in anyway and did not give us a new condo. Just awful. Do not book

the property was very quiet and friendly. fast response from property manager. loved the amenities and the pool. nice workout place and bathrooms were very clean. the pool area had a kitchen and propane grills to cook in. loved it. I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the apartment and the apartment was left unlocked. Recommendation would be nice to lock the apartment and leave the key in the place where we obtained it from.

When I got there, no one had cleaned the room. There was trash in the trash cans in the sink. All the beds were destroyed, and there was towels on the floor, full trash in the bathrooms pee in the toilet however, I will say the manager was so so supportive and nice and got it taken care of the next day and refunded me. I will say that the customer service was excellent. Would stay here again.

Great 2 bdr apt!

Aside from getting access and the lag in communication, the place was great! It was exactly what were looking for. We traveled as a family and the separate rooms split down the middle w two bathrooms was perfect. There was a balcony but we didn't get a chance to use that. Pool was nice. It had a ledge for our 2 yr old so he was comfortable. Aside area was great. Food/drinks/ice cream/coffee nearby. The clubroom was closed for the holidays but I think the workout room was avail. We would love to come back.

Our stay was wonderful the pictures are exactly what apartment was . The only improvement is to getting the keys . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for 2 people . The staff with reservations were quickly . The pool area was large and pool was warm. Definitely would stay again.
