We stayed on a Saturday. There was just one staff member running the restaurant + bar + room service. The poor person was run off their feet. We waited and waited for the bill, walked up and down, and ended up giving up and going back to our room. The room was a good size. However, the bathroom water pressure was abysmal and to top it off, there was basically no hot water to the point where we didn't bother showering the following morning as a result. When we checked out, the person at the front desk didn't ask how our stay was, and if everything was okay, which is a stock-standard question to ensure quality control. It was super disappointing. We don't be back.

The remote for the TV didnt work so I spoke to reception who said they would sort it. I waited 2hrs then went to bed. I mentioned it when I checked and and all the receptionist said was "Oh, thats a shame". Pretty disappointed.

I was quite disappointed I could not have a snack or drink from the room. Apparently the mini bar idea was cancelled over Covid. This should be reinstated as I know it is a welcome treat and convenience for being in your room especially when you do not have transport and the weather is terrible.
