The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. But there was something wrong with the motion-detector overhead light and it kept going on once an hour at 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm, midnight, etc. We finally found the fuse box and turned the fuse off so we could sleep. They kindly offered to let us move rooms but we didn't want to move all of our stuff at midnight.

Staff were nice, the room was great. But the issue was is i got charged double the price of what i reserved for. I got charged double for the room on top of the deposit. Hopefully it was reversed but dont trust the price your gonna pay.

Charge for pet on Expedia indicates $25 per pet per day. The Hotel charged me a total of $55.63. I called them and they stated their pet charge is $50 per stay. They said there was nothing they could do in reference to the pet fee even though Expedia has a lower fee. I booked my stay depended on the pet fee. By the way, on Expedia the deposit is stated as $50, however, this place deposit is $100.

The staff is wonderful, and the rooms are very comfortable. They have laundry machines on site for guests. I highly recommend woodspring suites if you are staying in the Palmdale/Lancaster area.
