O hotel é bem legal , bem localizado , café da manhã digamos que legal as suas variedades , destaque aqui para a recepcionista Fernanda e a equipe super atenciosa e simpática , quero só ressaltar que alguns itens fundamentais no apartamento que digamos de passagem espaçoso , deveriam ser realizado as respectivas manutenções preventiva , tipo , o interfone não funcionou devido a algum problema , tivemos que manter comunicação via WhatsApp , que também foi satisfatório e o secador de cabelo para as mulheres algo primordial , esse não teve jeito quebrado , só um toque de um consumidor nato do hoteis.com a muitos anos . No mais o hotel é muito bom.

Check-in e Check-out rápidos Quarto limpo, amplo, iluminado, com TV , ar condicionado efrigobar . Cama , travesseiros, roupa de cama e banho de boas qualidades. Café da manhã excelente. Sugiro colocar um aviso nas mesas comunicando que pode ser solicitado cuscus, tapioca e ovos fritos porque nao nos foi oferecido, descobrimos ao ver outros hóspedes pedindo. Ficamos no hotel por 3 dias antes do passeio para o Jalapão e retornamos para mais uma diária, e ao perguntar se poderíamos deixar nossas malas de rodinha no guarda malas fo hotel, o funcionário da recepção disse que não, sugeriu que deixássemos na empresa que ia fazer o passeio. Para nós teria sido melhor deixar no guarda malas do hotel mesmo.

Equipe nada prestativa. Esqueci uma camiseta no quarto e liguei pra procurarem porque estava na cidade. Não fizeram questão de me ajudar. Mandei mensagem às 5:50 da manhã pedindo pra procurarem e foram me responder às 17:10. Absurdo. Ainda me disseram que não tinham acesso aos achados e perdidos mas no minuto seguinte encontraram a camiseta. Avisei que iria lá buscar e me disseram que só no outro dia. Enfim, uma total falta de cuidado com o cliente nem pra avisar que encontraram algo no quarto. Despreparados. Priorizam outra coisa menos o cliente. Precisam melhorar como funcionários e pessoas. Sem comprometimento algum… absurdo!

O quarto estava em péssimo estado, cheio de manchas e foi comercializado como triplo, mas era um duplo com 3 camas, ou seja, não tinha sequer uma mesa e cadeira. O café da manhã é fraco. Não costumo avaliar mal por causa desse quesito, mas não tinha requeijão, frutas passadas ou verdes e achei demorada a reposição. Na saída, estava cheio de malas. O carrinho de bagagem quebrado e ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar.

Encontramos uma barata grande, apesar do quarto parecer limpo. O banheiro não tem box, molha tudo e disponibilizam um rodo para o hóspede enxugar o piso. O quarto é grande (ficamos no família) mas as cortinas blackout estão com alguns rasgos que passam a claridade.
