O Conjunto de qualidades é que fazem um bom Hotel

O Hotel é ótimo bem situado, confortável. O Restaurante Palazzo é maravilhoso , confortável, boa comida, bons vinhos e um atendimento excelente, sem contar o maravilhoso café da manhã. Enfim é um excelente conjunto e isto faz do Hotel Girassol Plaza, um lugar ótimo para ficar.

Quarto e espaços muito bem limpos, com restaurante disponível 24h, com preços acessíveis, e equipe extremamente atenciosa. Apenas por isso, valeu estar nesse hotel, que só foi minha escolha por entender ser a melhor opção ao estar acompanhando os colegas do evento profissional que participei. Pontos negativos: meu vôo foi cancelado, o que me fez chegar ao hotel 1 hora antes da abertura da 2ª estadia. Resultado: some no seu bolso o pagamento da estadia que não usufruiu, que aliás não é barata, porque a justificativa será, simplesmente, como foi para mim, de que o quarto permanecera sem uso ao longo daquela 1ª estadia reservada. Resumindo: a companhia aérea resolve o problema do cliente, aliás, sem ele próprio pedir, mas esse hotel não. A recepcionista até tentou conversar com a gerência, mas o esforço foi totalmente em vão… nada feito, o que realmente é lamentável. Se for usuário da academia, leve (1) álcool higienizador e papel ou lenço umedecido para limpar os aparelhos e o ambiente, porque não há, sequer em tempos de controle da Covid-19, e (2) desinsetizador para formigas em abundância; ao que parece a desinsetização local passou bem longe dali. Resumindo: para um hotel quatro estrelas, sinceramente eu esperava mais.

Decepcionante

Cheguei antes do horário do check-in, mais ou menos 12:30 hrs, e a funcionária da recepção me avisou que não havia ainda nenhum quarto disponível. Até aí tudo bem, pois o check-in era às 14:00 hrs. Eu disse que eu e minha família iríamos aguardar no saguão da recepção e quando o quarto estivesse pronto se poderia nos avisar. Depois das 14:00 hrs, continuamos aguardando e fui perguntar para outra pessoa na recepção se ainda não havia quarto disponível e o rapaz da recepção disse que haviam 2 quartos disponíveis. A recepcionista nos deixou esperando no saguão, sendo que já havia quarto disponível e ainda nem nos avisou. Mas o pior para mim, foi que nos deram um quarto com banheiro para deficiente com a tampa quebrada. Fui sentar e quase caí no chão (imaginem se eu fosse uma deficiente mesmo). O café da manhã então foi decepcionante. As frutas estavam horríveis (a melancia estava já passada e azeda , o mamão e melão sem doce nenhum), os bolos estavam duros e ressecados. Foi o pior café que já tomei em um hotel 4 estrelas. O outro hotel que fiquei em Palmas, 3 estrelas, tinha o quarto excelente e café da manhã maravilhoso e paguei a metade do preço. Inclusive, na volta do passeio para o Jalapão, fiquei no outro hotel 3 estrelas, muito, mas muito melhor.
