O hotel tem uma.boa localizacao. Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto é pequeno e precisa de uma reforma. O banheiro apresentou bastante vabandonado, com estragos. Poucas tomadas. Hospedagens em Palmas são caras e por isso o custo beneficio seja ruim na cidade, comparado a cidades mais turísticas e mais visitadas, como Maceió, Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo. E por isso, o hotel até que atende bem. Paguri 200 na diaria.
