Such a wonderful stay I was greeted by Sabrina who showed us around the property she was so welcoming and kind greeted us with a big smile and open arms. She gave us recommendations for dinner and things to do in the area. We loved the place so much we decide to stay one more night. The bed and the cleanliness the breakfast the views it was all so perfect the service was phenomenal. I even received going away gifts little treats for our drive. I’m so grateful for such a beautiful experience. Thank you Villa Kete ❀ you will be in my memories and heart ❀

The hotel is a really modern boutique hotel and well looked after, we booked the suite and it was large enough to put our child to sleep while we had a bottle of wine and relax. But also plenty of space for him to walk around the appartment and play. It is somewhere where you need a car, Marina di Palma has several good, friendly restaurants but realistically need to drive to them. However the views are amazing and really did feel like we had the place to ourselves a lot of the time, including the pool. The staff were lovely and Sabrina could not help enough, kept the breakfast replenished and offered to get us any special requests of fruit. Good beaches and Agrigento (including the Valley of the Temples) all a short drive away, but in a very secluded and quiet spot. Thank you for the stay and the service.

An amazing place, but


Emplacement, vue, installations, lit, petit dĂ©jeuner, services tous incroyables
 Toutefois, lorsque vient le temps d’évaluer sincĂšrement un Ă©tablissement, il partir par la qualitĂ© du sommeil qu’on y retrouve. Malheureusement, considĂ©rant la chaleur qu’il faisait et une unitĂ© d’air climatisĂ© qui ne pouvait fonctionner que lorsque nous Ă©tions prĂ©sents dans la chambre, elle ne fournissait tout simplement pas Ă  la tĂąche. Plus de 6 heures nĂ©cessaires pour faire descendre la tempĂ©rature de la chambre de plus de 30 Ă  prĂšs de 24 degrĂ©s malgrĂ© les conseils de notre hĂŽte. Nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© en mesure de dormir avant 3-4h du matin parce qu’il faisait trop chaud. Nous comprenons et partageons totalement l’engagement envers des habitudes de consommation verte. Cependant, il y a une limite Ă  accueillir des clients et les laisser dormir dans une chambre Ă  plus de 30 degrĂ©s Celsius et dĂ©gageant une odeur dĂ©sagrĂ©able par manque de ventilation et d’aĂ©ration
 Ceci ne correspond tout simplement pas Ă  notre dĂ©finition de « luxe ». Nous recommandons Ă  l’établissement d’ajuster ses pratiques surtout lorsqu’il y a des canicules intenses pour satisfaire les clients et permettre un refroidissement lĂ©ger en l’absence de ceux-ci pour qu’il se retrouvent dans une chambre confortable, en tous points.
