Beautiful villa located in the vicinity of the Palma Racket club, a residential area in a very good area of Palma.The Villa offers guests a very pleasant stay, with all the comforts of a holiday villa and within walking distance of the shopping, gastronomic and night-life area of Palma for the delight of the guest.The house offers a total of four bedrooms with double beds, two full bathrooms, dining area, spacious work area, fully equipped kitchen, it has open spaces inside that create a feeling of spaciousness. The villa is divided into two floors, connected by stairs, on the ground floor we find two double bedrooms, a work space and two living rooms with a large television screen. There is also a full bathroom and a toilet, on the second floor there are two double bedrooms including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.A furnished living area outside to enjoy breakfast or any meal accompanied by the mild climate of Mallorca, charcoal barbecue available to guests.Outside we find the terrace with its sun loungers and the swimming pool to enjoy most of the year.Free street parking
